Deadlift is my favorite exercise because it is the best way to exercise your whole body, it gives you the opportunity to train back, legs and arms with only one exercise. Deadlift is an exercise in which you lift heavy weights off the ground, it is like picking up something.

Why should you deadlift?

Many people believe deadlifting is bad for your back because it can cause harm to your lower back if done incorrectly but if learn how to deadlift correctly, you will be able to do it without any negative side effects. In my experience, I have strengthened my whole body, especially my back, it has also helped me with cardiovascularity because it is a cardio exercise.

 

Even  though other exercises can work your whole back as good as deadlift, there is none other exercise that can work your whole body simultaneously. That is why deadlifting saves me a lot of time which as a student I really need.

 

Although deadlift is not the perfect exercise it helps staying healthy, with muscle growth, with saving time with confidence and for me as a student it helps with keeping my routine even on the roughest of days.
